Tady Named Director of Growth Operations

Syntelligent recently promoted Tim Tady as Director of Growth Operations. Previously, Mr. Tady served as a Solutions Architect supporting business development efforts and serving as the primary author of Syntelligent technical proposals. In his new role, Tim will collaborate with the executive leadership and project managers to devise and implement strategies to expand Syntelligent’s market presence, revenue, and customer base.

Tim served as a U.S. Army GEOINT Analyst, and in that role, he produced imagery-derived intelligence supporting tactical, operational and strategic operations in assignments at a first of its kind exploitation unit at Ft. Hood, TX and a joint service organization supporting the Pacific Command. His military experience led to a 20-year career at SAIC where Tim’s operational expertise supported the execution capabilities-based assessments, architecture development, systems engineering, integration and testing services for organizations across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. Before joining Syntelligent, Tim spent 12 years as a founding member and managing partner of an SDVOSB.

Upon Tady's acceptance of this new role, CEO Steve Synnott said the following, "I’ve had the privilege of knowing Tim for nearly two decades. He honored us three years ago when we he came out of semi-retirement to lead our proposal efforts as our Technical Solutions SME. His deep understanding of our industry coupled with his natural leadership abilities make him the ideal candidate for this role."
